The Waterpark is open each summer from Memorial Weekend - Labor Day from 11AM-6PM. This includes access to the Natatorium, Waterslide Tower, Splash Zone, and The Paul McCreary Sports Pool.

Recreation Swimming is available in the Natatorium (indoor pool) October - April on Saturdays and Sundays from 1PM-4PM.

The Wave accepts Apple Pay, Google Pay and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) and debit cards at the ticket windows. 

Cash payments are accepted; however, No Cash Refunds will be provided for any reason.

At this time, no group rates are offered.

2. In the search box, enter "Waterpark" and hit the green Search button.
3. The Waterpark tickets will be listed by month, to select the month you would like click on the "more" button to the right
4. The available dates for the month will show.  To select the date you want click on the "more" button on the right
5. Click on appropriate ticket (40" and over, Under 40", Under 2 years) and "Enroll". *If adding additional members, please click on "Register another participant" under the green "Add to Cart" button.
6. Proceed to "Shopping Cart" and "Checkout" after waiver acceptance and ticket payment. 
7. A receipt confirmation will be emailed to your account. Please have this receipt ready when you arrive at The Wave on the day of your visit and check-in at The Wave's front desk.

Find "Wave Summer: Waterpark Party" and select this box.

Click on the party area you would like.

Enter the Estimated number of people attending (there must be 1 Adult for every 7 children)

Select the date from the calendar. Select the date by clicking the "Apply" button.  Confirm the date by clicking "Proceed" Button

Enter the required information in the questions about the party & guest of honor. Please note, the total attendees listed here must match the total number attendees paid for.

Review Reservation Details, this is the final step prior to submission. 

Click Reserve and complete payment

After submission, your request will be sent for confirmation.

Recreation swimming is a program offered during Fall, Winter, and Spring from October - April. Recreation swim admission gives customers access to the Indoor Natatorium Pool only during Recreation Swimming hours.

Yes, we have outdoor showers near the children's Splash Zone, and the outdoor Sports Pool. Our changing rooms are located in the main building near the front desk lobby, which both have indoor showers for use. 

Yes, we have a lift into the outdoor Sports Pool, a wheelchair accessible ramp in the Natatorium, and zero-depth entry in the Splash Zone. 

Our concession stand sells meals, snack items, and beverages during our Waterpark season only. There are some healthy food options available in addition to traditional amusement park fare, as well as vegetarian options.

Please note: No outside food or rolling coolers are allowed. Bottled water is permitted. In addition to our concession stand, guests are welcome to leave the park to eat outside and come back for more fun at The Wave.  

*Guests with special dietary needs in which food may not be provided by the vendor, are the exception to this rule. 

The indoor Natatorium pool and outdoor Paul McCreary Sports Pool are both kept heated year-round.

We have grassy areas, picnic tables, and chairs available on a first-come, first-served basis. You are not permitted to bring your own chairs. Cabanas and Luxury Loungers are also available for rent to have your own private, covered area for the day.

We have six waterslides on the Slide Tower which is 42' high, plus two small slides in the Splash Zone.

Yes, we have several shaded structures on deck that block the sun. We recommend you take precautions to protect yourself from sun damage through the use of sunscreens, sun protection clothing, and sunglasses. We have birthday party areas, loungers, and cabanas available for rent, which are private and covered.

We have towels for sale.

No, guests must provide their own toiletries and hair dryers.

Only Coast Guard-approved life jackets and puddle jumpers are permitted. Guests are asked to bring their own. The Wave has a limited amount of lifejackets available for single-day use for free, which are located in the First Aid Room. Please note, a responsible adult (at least 18 years of age) must sign a waiver of liability prior to receiving a borrowed lifejacket. Lifejackets are NOT allowed on any waterslide or the deep end of the outdoor Paul McCreary Sports Pool.

Yes, you can register for activities in person at The Wave during business hours with a debit/credit card only.  Cash payments are accepted with exact change preferred; however No Cash Refunds will be provided for any reason.

Yes, we offer fitness swimming, water walking, and aqua aerobics.  

Yes! The Wave Swim School offers quality swim lessons for ages six months to adult, year-round in our Natatorium.

Activity Withdrawals and Refunds can now be done online, if requested up to 7 days prior to the activity start date. 

To request a withdrawal or refund online:

• Log in to your account at www.dublinrecguide.com
• Click the "Payment and Order Management" box, then click "Transaction and Payment History" found under "Account Activity". 
• A list of all classes will come up.  Scroll until you find the class you would like to withdraw from
• Click the "Withdraw" button on the activity you wish to refund. Please make sure to choose refund back to your credit card as the default is the City of Dublin account.

*If the refund is initiated online by the customer themselves up to 7 days prior to the activity start date, the full registration fee will be refunded, minus a $0.10 processing fee. Refunds will be issued to the credit card used to purchase the activity.

**If the withdrawal is requested less than 7 days and up to 4 business days prior to the activity start date, you can still request a refund via email: thedublinwave@dublin.ca.gov. The full registration fee will be refunded, minus a $5.00 processing fee. Refunds are issued in the same manner as the original form of payment; however if fees are transferred in the system more than one time, a refund check will be issued.  Refunds can take up to 30 days to receive. 

***If the withdrawal is requested less than 4 business days prior to the activity start date, the activity fee will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

If the minimum number for enrollment is not met by the activity start date, the class/lesson will be canceled due to low enrollment. Prior to registering for an activity, it states the minimum and maximum number of enrollees that the class can hold. 

Please note: Staff may combine and/or cancel lessons due to the needs of the students and/or program. There are no make-ups or refunds for missed lessons. Instructors may vary based on program needs. 

Refunds and withdrawals may be processed by customers via their www.DublinRecGuide.com account up to seven (7) days prior to activity / registration start date, minus a $0.10 processing fee.

Refunds and withdrawals may be requested via TheDublinWave@dublin.ca.gov up to four (4) business days prior to an activity / registration start date, minus a $5.00 processing fee.

Refunds will NOT be issued if requested within four (4) business days (Mon - Fri) of an activity / registration start date.

Guests may bring in a small, handheld cooler that will be inspected upon entry and re-entry. Large rolling coolers are prohibited and will not be allowed inside the facility. There is no outside food or drinks allowed besides water. You are welcome to leave and eat in the beautiful outside park and then return with your wristband to the waterpark for more fun.

We do suggest you wear comfortable sandals or aqua shoes; however, shoes of any kind are not allowed on any of our slides.

Proper swimsuit attire must be worn. T-shirts or gym shorts may be worn over a bathing suit. Denim or cut-offs are not permitted. Clothing with buttons, zippers, metal snaps, etc. are not permitted on slides. Water shoes may be worn in the park, but shoes of any kind are not allowed on the waterslides.

Yes, an admission fee is required for all persons entering the park as it is an entrance fee not an activity fee.

Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18 years.

Yes, a wristband will be given upon entry which must be worn at all times for the duration of stay at the Waterpark. 

Staff reserves the right to re-check bags and property upon re-entry.
