1. What is the cost of admission to the Waterpark?

Full Day Admission* (Memorial Weekend - Labor Day, 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.):

• Guests at least 40 inches in height:   $16 for City of Dublin Residents $19 for Non-Residents
• Guests under 40 inches in height: $14 for City of Dublin Residents $17 for Non-Residents
• Children (Under 2 Years):        $3 for City of Dublin Residents $4 for Non-Residents

The admission fee is per person. 

*A form of identification with Dublin address is required for city resident pricing

2. Do you have a Season Pass?

Yes, we do have a Season pass for Dublin Residents only.  Passes are valid for for use Monday through Thursday 11:00am - 6:00pm. *Not Valid on Holidays

3. Can I use my Recreation Swim or Fitness Swim pass for waterpark entry?

No, Waterpark Admission is a one-time, nonrefundable, nontransferable ticket purchase per day.

Recreation Swim pass is only valid during our Fall, Winter, and Spring Recreation Swim hours. Fitness Swim pass is only good during Fitness Swim hours.  

4. What forms of payment do you accept?

The Wave accepts all major credit cards and debit cards at the ticket windows. Those who wish to pay cash must go inside to the front desk and are encouraged to have exact change.

6. What are your hours of operation?

The Wave Waterpark is open each year from Memorial Weekend to Labor Day. 2022 daily operations (7 days a week, 11 AM - 6 PM) are from June 4 - August 7, and then weekends only from August 6 - September 5. The last day of Waterpark Operations is Monday, September 5, 2022.

7. Is there a charge for parking?

No, parking is free.

8. Do you have any group rates?

At this time, no group rates are offered.

9. Do you have a lost and found? What number do I call?

Our lost and found is in the Lifeguard Room near the Natatorium. The number is 925-574-4800.

10. How can I purchase admission tickets for the Waterpark?

1. Please Create an Account or Sign In on www.dublinrecguide.com.
2. In the search box, enter "Waterpark" and hit the green Search button.
3. The Waterpark tickets will be listed by month, to select the month you would like click on the "more" button to the right
4. The available dates for the month will show.  To select the date you want click on the "more" button on the right
5. Click on appropriate ticket (40" and over, Under 40", Under 2 years) and "Enroll". *If adding additional members, please click on "Register another participant" under the green "Add to Cart" button.
6. Proceed to "Shopping Cart" and "Checkout" after waiver acceptance and ticket payment. 
7. A receipt confirmation will be emailed to your account. Please have this receipt ready when you arrive at The Wave on the day of your visit and check-in at The Wave's front desk. 

11. How can I reserve a Birthday Party?

1. Please Create an Account or Sign In on www.dublinrecguide.com.
2. Click on “Reservations” box.
3. Find "Wave Summer: Waterpark Party" and Select this box
4. Click on the party area you would like.
5. Enter the Estimated number of people attending (there must be 1 Adult for every 7 children)
6. Select the date from the calendar. Select the date by clicking the "Apply" button.  Confirm the date by clicking "Proceed" Button
7. Enter the required information in the questions about the party & guest of honor. Please note, the total attendees listed here must match the total number attendees paid for.
8. Review Reservation Details, this is the final step prior to submission. 
9. Click Reserve and complete payment
10. After submission, your request will be sent for confirmation.
11. Our staff will contact you to confirm your request
