Swim Clinics are for swimmers who are looking to stay in shape during the Fall season.
Fitness, Conditioning & Endurance
The primary focus of this clinic is to build cardiovascular and muscle endurance. Stroke technique will not be the primary focus of this class. Swimmers must be able to safely swim 25 yards, using two of competitive strokes and be able to swim 15 yards of other two competitive strokes. Clinics are held in the Natatorium accept for clinics being held 9/10 through 9/26.
