1. What forms of payment do you accept?

The Wave accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) and debit cards at the ticket windows. 

Cash payments are accepted; however No Cash Refunds will be provided for any reason.

3. What are your hours of operation?

The Wave Waterpark is open each year from Memorial Weekend to Labor Day.

Recreational Swimming is available in our indoor Natatorium Pool October 1, 2022 - April 30, 2023 from 1pm - 4pm on weekends (Sat. & Sun.) only.

4. Is there a charge for parking?

No, parking is free.

5. Do you have any group rates?

At this time, no group rates are offered.

6. How can I purchase admission tickets for the Waterpark?

1. Please Create an Account or Sign In on www.dublinrecguide.com.
2. In the search box, enter "Waterpark" and hit the green Search button.
3. The Waterpark tickets will be listed by month, to select the month you would like click on the "more" button to the right
4. The available dates for the month will show.  To select the date you want click on the "more" button on the right
5. Click on appropriate ticket (40" and over, Under 40", Under 2 years) and "Enroll". *If adding additional members, please click on "Register another participant" under the green "Add to Cart" button.
6. Proceed to "Shopping Cart" and "Checkout" after waiver acceptance and ticket payment. 
7. A receipt confirmation will be emailed to your account. Please have this receipt ready when you arrive at The Wave on the day of your visit and check-in at The Wave's front desk. 

7. How can I reserve a Birthday Party?

1. Please Create an Account or Sign In on www.dublinrecguide.com.
2. Click on “Reservations” box.
3. Find "Wave Summer: Waterpark Party" and Select this box
4. Click on the party area you would like.
5. Enter the Estimated number of people attending (there must be 1 Adult for every 7 children)
6. Select the date from the calendar. Select the date by clicking the "Apply" button.  Confirm the date by clicking "Proceed" Button
7. Enter the required information in the questions about the party & guest of honor. Please note, the total attendees listed here must match the total number attendees paid for.
8. Review Reservation Details, this is the final step prior to submission. 
9. Click Reserve and complete payment
10. After submission, your request will be sent for confirmation.
11. Our staff will contact you to confirm your request

8. What is the difference between Waterpark Admission Tickets and Recreational Swimming Admission Tickets?

Waterpark operations is open each year in the Summer months from Memorial Weekend (May) - Labor Day (Sept). Waterpark admission gives customers access to the Indoor Natatorium Pool, The Children's Splash Zone, The Waterslide Tower, and The Paul McCreary Sports Pool (when programming allows) during Waterpark hours.

Recreational swimming is a program offered during Fall, Winter, and Spring from October - April. Recreational swim admission gives customers access to the Indoor Natatorium Pool only during Recreational Swimming hours.
