1. What is your refund policy?

Refunds and withdrawals may be processed by customers via their www.DublinRecGuide.com account up to seven (7) days prior to activity / registration start date, minus a $0.10 processing fee.

Refunds and withdrawals may be requested via TheDublinWave@dublin.ca.gov up to four (4) business days prior to an activity / registration start date, minus a $5.00 processing fee.

Refunds will NOT be issued if requested within four (4) business days (Mon - Fri) of an activity / registration start date.

3. Can we bring in a cooler, food, or water?

No outside food or coolers are allowed. One factory-sealed bottle of water is permitted per guest. You are welcome to leave the park to eat outside and then return to the park for more fun. 

4. Can we bring in water toys?

No, water toys are not allowed.

5. Can I wear shoes in the park?

We do suggest you wear comfortable sandals or aqua shoes; however, shoes of any kind are not allowed on any of our slides.

6. What is your dress code? Can I wear shorts, a t-shirt, or water shoes?

Proper swimsuit attire must be worn. T-shirts or gym shorts may be worn over a bathing suit. Denim or cut-offs are not permitted. Clothing with buttons, zippers, metal snaps, etc. are not permitted on slides. Water shoes may be worn in the park, but shoes of any kind are not allowed on the waterslides.

7. Do I have to pay if I am just watching the kids and not going in the water?

Yes, an admission fee is required for all persons entering the park.

8. Can an adult and a child slide down together?

No, all of our slides are for single riders.

9. At what age can I drop off my child without supervision?

Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18 years.

10. Can we leave and return later the same day?

Yes, a wristband will be given upon entry which must be worn at all times for the duration of stay at the Waterpark. 

Staff reserves the right to re-check bags and property upon re-entry.
