Lap Swimming/Water Walking - Adult (14 years and older): $6 per person                                                                   (Times and days are subject to change.)

Monday - Thursday 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. 
Friday 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Saturday and Sunday 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.   

Water Aerobics

Water aerobics courses will be offered in Fall 2017. Come experience the amazing benefits of exercising in the water. The Wave will offer classes for a variety of ability and fitness levels.  Water exercise is popular for therapeutic benefits and reduced stress on joints as the stabilizing buoyancy of the water provides resistance not experienced on land.  Give one of our diverse course offerings a try to add variety to your fitness routine or add a new dynamic to your wellness schedule!
